I am originally from San Diego, Ca, but have been in Tennessee since 2006. I received my BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Interactive from MTSU in December of 2014. Currently, I am the Vice President for AIGA Nashville, and also volunteer as a 'Big Sister' with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
I enjoy developing a strategy on how to get a message to it's intended audience in the most effective way, just as much as I enjoy the actual designing. I'm always learning, and strive to never stop perfecting my craft. I really like making patterns and gifs too.

When I'm not working you can either find me doodling, watching horror flicks, or stuffing my face with something spicy. I lived in both Japan and Mexico as a child, and I took a Russian class in college. I currently have seven tattoos, and I plan on getting more. At present, I have two pets: a dog, Misha, and a cat, Dakota.
Wow, You lived in Japan? How?
- Both my parents were in the Navy, and we were stationed there when I was young. I also got a sweet sailor tat in honor of my parents!
Do you speak Japanese?
- No, but my mom taught english while we lived there.
Why did you take Russian in college?
- Because I am a glutton for punishment. Ha, but really I had several Russian friends growing up and I thought it'd be fun. It was, but it was extremely difficult and I'm proud to say I made a "B" in that class!
